Business/Profitability Coordinator
USA Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Business/Profitability
Coordinator for its Oldsmar Corporate Office who will be
responsible for coordinating business activities and
maximizing profitability of each project. This individual
will assist responsible parties to focus on key parameters
starting with bidding a project through its execution and
closeout; responsible parties will include Marketing,
Project Management and Finance personnel. The
Business/Profitability Coordinator will report to the
President and work with the Director of Operations and his
staff to help establish standard operating procedures for
project management functions, including project start-up,
cost tracking, schedule tracking, project update briefings,
profitability tracking and project reporting. He/she will
also work closely with the Marketing Manager for key
bid-related functions, including review of all bids and
solicitations, coordinate the assignment for the proposal
lead, and participate in the technical and pricing reviews.
Qualified candidates must have a
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or
other related field of study; a minimum of 5 years of
accounting and financial analysis or strategic planning
experience; experience working with Government contracts,
preferably Army Corps of Engineers and/or Navy Contracts;
technical background and/or knowledge of Military EOD and/or
UXO industry; strong individual skills in using software
productivity tools to include word processing, spreadsheets,
and database software such as MS Word, Excel and Access or
Oracle; must be able to master analytical, statistical, and
project management software specified by customers or used
by USA Environmental; requires the ability to multi-task and
prioritize and possess an understanding of solicitation
assessment, proposal/bid preparation and proposal/bid
review/change/submittal cycle; must possess excellent verbal
and written communication skills, strong interactive skills
and be a team player; individual must be able to travel as
needed.

Marketing/Business Development Representative
USA Environmental, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time
Marketing/Business Development Representative for outside
sales and marketing. The individual will be working out of
our Oldsmar Corporate office but the position will involve
travel to existing and potential customers and clients. The
Marketing/Business Development Representative will also
participate in shows, conferences and organizations on
behalf of USA Environmental to help promote our image and
reputation as a proven performer in MEC services. He/she
will report on new business opportunities, recommend bidding
and teaming agreements and be involved in proposal
preparation.
The qualified candidate will have 3 years of marketing
experience and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related or
technical field, or 5+ years of marketing experience in lieu
of the degree. Individual has to be technically-oriented
and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have proven working knowledge of marketing/sales as
well as exceptional personal presentation skills and be a
team player. Prior interaction with Government agencies
strongly preferred; UXO/MEC/Ordnance experience is also
helpful.

Project Managers/Engineers
USA Environmental, Inc. is seeking several mid-level
Project Managers/Engineers for its Oldsmar Corporate Office
who will be responsible for planning, designing and managing
environmental characterization and remediation projects.
Must be capable of managing several concurrent projects that
will be at various stages, including planning, design,
remediation and close out. Require a good understanding of
doing business with government agencies and their
procurement process. Will create various DOD reports and
documentation, such as work plans and final report writing.
Involved in proposal preparation to include technical
approaches, logistics and pricing. Work closely with Human
Resources regarding project staffing.
Qualified candidates will have a B.S. Degree from an
accredited college or university in environmental sciences,
civil or chemical engineering, related degree and/or
equivalent on-the-job UXO/EOD
experience. Candidates should have 3-5 years project
management and/or engineering experience in environmental or
civil engineering projects, including studies,
characterizations, design and remediation. Experience
concerning ordnance and explosives (OE), especially
unexploded ordnance (UXO), munitions, military ranges, range
control, scrap metal disposal and/or recycling and weapon
systems is preferred. UXO/EOD qualified individuals with
field experience who have an interest in learning project
management will also be considered.
