USA Environmental (USAE) joins the OFCCP in celebrating the 33rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Signed into law by President George H. W. Bush on July 26, 1990, this legislation prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodations, commercial facilities, telecommunications, and state and local government services.
In its recruiting, hiring, promotion and retention efforts, USAE fully supports Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 503), which prohibits federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating against individuals with disabilities.
